We want you to love your Kaleidoscope Creations purchase. If for any reason you need to return your order it must be done within thirty days of receiving your order.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Only complete (not individual items) orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
- Policy: Because of the multi-colored variety of pieces and the uniqueness of the items we are unable to offer exchanges.

- Items must be in unworn and unused condition with proof of purchase.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for the bank to process your refund.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer product exchanges within 30 days, though we cannot exchange based on color preference due to the unique nature of each piece. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping.
