Shipping Policy
At Kaleidoscope Creations, we ensure each order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our location. On occasion due to any unforeseen factors in Kenya impacting supply please allow for 2-3 week delivery times. In such cases you will be notified promptly.
Fulfillment and Inventory:
- Standard Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 days and ship directly
- Inventory Management: We maintain an excess inventory to meet demand. If an order exceeds our current stock, we will expedite inventory from Kenya, aiming to ship within 2–3 weeks.
- Service Interruptions: While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, please note that unforeseen weather or carrier delays impacting interrupting international shipping may impact delivery times. We will keep you updated of such events.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to monitor your package.
Shipping Options:
- Domestic Shipping: Competitive shipping rates are calculated and charged at the time of order.
- International Shipping: Available with shipping charges determined at checkout.

- Standard USA Shipping: Free after fulfillment.
- 2-3 Day Air (USA): Available for an additional $35.
